Every year The Center School Community Association (CSCA) works to provide much needed funding to support the programs offered at The Center School. We invite you, our supportive families and friends, to make a donation to the CSCA Direct Giving Campaign. Your contribution will allow us to offer continued financial support to fulfill the school’s mission:

The incredible programs offered to our students in partnership with The Seattle Repertory Theater: •

- Drama integration in 9/10 humanities classes

- “Playgoers” theater critic class

   - Theater playwright and performance classes coming next semester

• Maintenance and upgrades to computers and software to support our student’s cutting edge computer  lab and to fulfill their Career Technology Education (CTE) credits in film & photography.

• Supplies necessary for the development of our new graphics design class.

• Grants for teachers to enhance their curricula.

• Supporting the school-wide retreat and follow-up workshops by funding visiting artists and school community meals.

As you can see, your donation gives the students of The Center School a wealth of options that broaden and expand their ability to impact their world. With your financial support we will be able to expand those options:

A CSCA team of parents and staff is working directly with Principal Lisa Escobar to establish new partnerships in visual arts, performing arts and academics from Seattle’s innovative resources.

Our campaign goal this year is $40,000. Our secondary goal is to double our involvement from last year and achieve 50% participation. The strength of a community coming together has tremendous impact. The percentage of families who contribute is a very important indicator to outside funders and the Seattle School District. Whether it’s $5, $50, $500 or $5,000, we need every family to give their support to reach our goal.
